Prior to law school, Nick spent 10 years in various roles at a national bank in Commercial and Specialty Lending, Commercial Credit, and Commercial Workout. His experience in banking centered around financial, credit, and collateral analysis, loan documentation, and security agreements for companies across a wide variety of industries. His prior experience with the loan documentation process from within the bank gives him a unique perspective to both understand his bank clients' needs and priorities along with bringing real lending experience to his individual clients.

Nick's interest in innovation drove him to attend law school with an end goal of working in intellectual property. While in school, he focused on intellectual property, corporate and commercial law, tax law, and other transactional and business courses while working as a law clerk at CaseiroBurke on a variety of intellectual property, cannabis, and business matters. Nick's focus is on assisting clients in the protection of their most valuable asset - their ideas.

Nick lives in his hometown of Scarborough with a great group of family and friends nearby. When he is not at work, he is usually found spending time with his friends and family, traveling, enjoying sports, or blaming his clubs for his poor golf performance.
