We are pleased to report that Attorney John M. Burke was able to resolve a copyright dispute involving a local author and out of state publisher. The publisher wanted to retain the rights in the author's works.  After careful review of the agreement between the parties, Attorney Burke determined that the author retained her exclusive rights in the works, not the publisher. The publisher eventually agreed with Attorney Burke and agreed not to challenge the author's rights in her works. Congratulations to our client and Attorney Burke.
